Reiki Therapy
Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that involves minimal physical touch. During session the client lays on a table & the practitioner hovers hands over the body to sense blockages or tensions, & releases them using Reiki. Each session offers a unique experience. Benefits include a sense of wellbeing, relaxation, renewal & connected to one’s purpose.
Lymphatic Drainage
This treatment directly targets the lymphatic system. Your lymphatic system is responsible for the body’s immune function and managing waste. The soft and rhythmic techniques will help reduce inflammation, improve digestive flow, recover after injury or surgery, detox the body, relax the mind, balance hormones, clear your skin and much more.
Hi, my name is Claudia
Throughout the years of my practice I have understood the importance of deepening my knowledge on the body, and its relationship to the mind and soul. I am certified in Ayurvedic Therapy, Massage Therapy, Reiki and more. It is through these distinct approaches I can provide a unique and effective experience for all of my clients.
The word Olistica , means Holistic in Italian. Italy is the country of my origins, and where my practice gets its unique flair. My culture, and where I come from taught me the importance of being accommodating and open to all. Without the integration of my culture, my practice would simply not be. It is in my grandmother’s teachings I learnt the importance of honoring a spiritual practice. My mother taught me the importance of quality foods, and my father taught me how to “just breathe” in times of stress. In essence good food, company and a breath of fresh air can go a long way which is why this goes hand-in-hand with my holistic health practice.

Buccal Massage
Intra-oral massage, for TMJ pain and facial sculpting. This massage is done wearing gloves while massaging the facial muscles. This is a special treatment to help with TMJ pain, tension in the jaw from stress or clenching your teeth.
Clear Your Mind
The objective of this treatment is to clear your mind of any stress you might be holding onto on a more mental level. It is a combination of Shiro Abhyanga (indian head massage) and Reiki. During a session we are stimulating flow in the head and neck area, and finishing off with some light energy work to help remove unwanted mental stressors on an energetic level. After this treatment you will gain more focus and peace of mind.
